Also, all the plants' quality management systems had approved by ISO-9002 in 1996. So, the products that produced by KAOSHA have great performance in their quality, technology and effects. History: Built in 1974. O/E fine spinning machines had replaced in 1984. And all machines replaced in 1996. Also, we added the newest O/E spinning facilities in 2000; thus, it could make the highest quality of O/E yarn and expand manufacture extent.

Characteristics: Adopt the newest machine with computer, auto system and high speed. Has ability to produce no other fiber and stable products.

Main Products: 100% Cotton O/E Yarn, 100% Cotton O/E Slub Yarn, 100% Cotton Ring Spun Yarn, 100% Cotton Ring Spun Slub Yarn.

History: Built in 1947.The machines replaced with SULZER SPINDLELESS in 1981. Then, all weaving machines replaced with PICANO AIR JET in 1997.

Characteristics: With a reliable supply of raw materials allows the firm to offer customers a wide variety of materials, dyes and weaves, therefore providing greater flexibility in production.

Main Products: Corduroy, Velvet, Denim and Twill.

Characteristics: Electrical control, stably well and using 100% reactive dyestuff. No environment problem; colorfastness well.

History: Built in 1978. Automatic layout equipment added to garment factory, hanger system established.

Characteristics: Integrated operation system: from cutting, sewing, washing to packing. Well control with quality and delivery.

Main Products: Jeans.
